Wardrobe OS terms of use

Beta. Wardrobe OS is free while in beta. Features, limits and prices can change. We may change or stop the service, and we will give notice in the app if we do. If we later charge, people who joined during the beta will be told in advance and will not be charged without agreeing.

Your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it any time in the app.

Your content. Your photos, notes and conversations are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, including sending them to our AI provider if you allow that. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it.

AI and suggestions. Outfit suggestions and AI answers can be wrong. Weather and calendar information may be incomplete. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and you decide what to wear and buy.

Fair use. The AI features have daily limits during the beta to keep the service available to everyone. Do not try to get around limits, overload the service, or use it to break the law or harm others.

Ending. You can stop using the app any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty, limited liability. The app is provided as is, without promises that it will always work or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything connected with the app is limited to the lesser of US$100 or what you have paid us in the past 12 months (nothing, during the beta). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
